python-pysnmp4-apps software package provides Applications for the Python SNMP library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-pysnmp4-apps
python-pysnmp4-apps is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-pysnmp4-apps package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-pysnmp4-apps *
You will get with python-pysnmp4-apps package name, version, architecture and description in a table
